Questions about Google Business Profile setup
Is Google Business Profile the same as Google My Business?
Yes. Google My Business is the old name. The listing that shows your business on Google Search and Google Maps is now called a Google Business Profile.
Does it cost anything to create a Google Business Profile?
Creating the profile with Google is free. Our fee, from R1,950 a month for one location, covers the setup and optimisation work, posts, review-link setup and a monthly report.
Do you set up profiles outside Cape Town?
Yes. We are based in Strand and work with service businesses in Cape Town and elsewhere in South Africa.
Can you promise me a Maps position?
No. Nobody outside Google controls that. We make sure the profile is complete and accurate so customers can find and contact you.
